Minimum order amount is $200 to $250. We do not split or mix cases. Our knowledgeable staff can assist you in choosing the perfect product mix for your store. All prices subject to change without notice.
Initial orders are prepaid by credit card only (Visa, MasterCard). Net 30 terms may be available upon approval on subsequent orders; please contact us for our credit application. Past due accounts are subject to 1.5% monthly finance charge. A $25 fee will be assessed on returned checks returned. No orders will be shipped to past due accounts.
All prices are FOB Brattleboro, Vermont. Orders under 250lbs shipped UPS regular ground or hundred weight, unless you request a service upgrade. Orders over 250lbs will be shipped with the most economical common carrier servicing your area. You may supply us with your carrier of choice, shipped freight collect. Pickup hours are Monday thru Friday, 8:30am-3pm and require 24hour advance appointment. We apologize that we currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada or overseas.
We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please call us. All returns require prior authorization and must be shipped freight prepaid within 15 days of purchase.
We pack shipments with care & adequate protection. We are not responsible for damage caused by the carrier. No invoice deductions for damaged goods will be accepted. Refuse all damaged packages; notify us and the carrier immediately to file damage claim. Should you find damage after taking delivery you must notify us and the carrier within 5 business days. Save all packing material and damaged product for inspection by carrier and immediately note damage on bill of lading or packing slip.
