Brown Family Farm is a Vermont-based purveyor of sweet and savory maple culinary delights. While Brown Family Farms creates a wide variety of products—such as award- winning crepes and pancake mixes, innovative grilling sauce, and classic maple candy— the "secret" ingredient in every recipe is the same: authentic, fresh New England maple.

Working exclusively with independent New England farmers and chefs, Brown Family Farm uses only pure New England maple prepared in small batches. Pure maple is graded based on three criteria: color, flavor, and density. Contrary to popular belief, USDA syrup grades do not indicate a difference in quality, but rather, the stronger and richer the flavor. Like fine wine, it's important to choose grades based on what you're "pairing" the syrup with and what your palate prefers.

Brown Family Farms is the "little sister" and the specialty division of Coombs Family Farms. Since 1840 and throughout seven generations, Coombs Family Farms has been producing pure and organic maple. Today, Brown Family Farm continues to turn Mother Nature's delicacy into maple culinary delights.
