Brattleboro, Vt's Brown Family Farm has launched Maple Mustards and Maple Dollops. Both products use what general manager Arnold Coombs calls the secret ingredient of pure New England Maple.
"[New England maple] has been a way of life for my family since 1840," says Coombs.
Brown Family Farm Maple Mustards come in Two flavors: Vermont Maple Mustard, a coarse variety of mustard blended with smooth maple, and Horseradish Maple Mustard, a mellow maple matched with horseradish. The dollops come in Maple Apple, Maple Blueberry and Maple Cranberry.
