It’s neither a jelly or a jam, but a unique marriage of farm-fresh fruit and pure New England maple syrup that its manufacturer, Brattleboro, Vt.-based Brown Family Farm, calls a "Dollop." The term is a reference to how the product should be liberally spooned over ice cream, waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, bagels, crepes, toast, or pound cake, to give just a few culinary suggestions.
Available in Maple Apple, Maple Blueberry, and Maple Cranberry varieties. Dollops retail for a suggested $5.99 to $6.49 per 7.17-ounce jar. To learn more, call Wendy Gallagher at (866) 254-8718.
